Accessing your inner beauty ritual

In this video, I give you a ritual that you can do to reset your inner compass to your own inner beauty. Your inner beauty is that place inside of you that is aligned with God (or whatever name you call our Creator). God is infinite beauty.

I believe we all have seeds inside of us. Seeds of love, beauty, compassion, kindness, generosity etc. If we do not make the time, space and devotion to nurture these seeds, then they will remain dormant inside of our hearts. Now, more than ever, we need to water these seeds of beauty to combat the ugliness of the world.

Forgiveness is the gateway to accessing our inner beauty. Through forgiveness each day, you can reset your heart to live in alignment with the beauty that you are and radiate that out into the world. You are a gift!

You are made in the image and likeness of God, and therefore you are inherently beautiful as you are. All you need to do is take time to access that beauty on the inside and start making it a priority to live from that place. The world is beautiful, but you do have to seek out the beauty if you wish to find it.
