Photography Competition

Congrats lunar!!!!! Wonder what this weeks assignment will be. I so love photography!

Thank you LMS and Freya I loved your blossoms LMS Spring is my favorite season!!
I went for a walk the other day and just the way the springs smells, fresh leaves coming out, blooming trees, new grass and that sweet smell when it's sunny after spring rain.


Ok so next week's subject is "My garden/my street" basically anything you find artsy or photo worthy around your home or local area (Doesn't have to be fancy )

Well it was a lovely sunny day in Scotland today so it was the perfect opportunity to take a photo in my back garden.  

Please excuse the upside down wheely bin in the background, I'm not sure of it's purpose...



*Fun fact - re: that big tree in the middle, me and 2 of my high school friends got a small-ish cardboard box and wrote letters to each other to go in the box, put sentimental things in the box that meant stuff to us both related to our friendship with each other and in our own personal family lives.  We buried this box one night at 3am just to the right of the middle tree.  We were about 17 at the time and planned to meet up when we were 21 to dig it up and open it.  We all fell out lol, and we are now almost 30.  I am friends again with one of them though and have been for the past 4 years but we still haven't made any attempt to dig the thing up haha.  I'm not sure if we ever will at this rate! If anyone has ever watched the movie Crossroads, you'll know where we got our idea from

Haha that's a fun story posay and aww LMS reminds me of my home garden back in Estonia, we have lots of different apple plum and cherry trees, so I used to love taking photos of them against the blue sky in spring time

My back garden is a total jungle at the moment and in dire need of a lawnmower


But here is the red dirt road behind my house, I used to go for a walk there every day until I saw fresh bear tracks and then I stopped for a while, but it goes by a nice lake, so I've started taking that risk again
Oh and it's extra orange because of the setting sun.
