Today I manifested...
Weird, but I couldn't find a thread where we could share the fun stuff we manifest. Maybe I'm blind
So I'll start a new thread and we can add to it every time we manifest something.
After all, writing those things down is supposed to help you become even more confident manifestor.
So I'll get the ball rolling.
A couple days ago this girl I know posted a picture of a gun on Facebook with a title "Can't wait to get one of those". I thought how weird it is how everyone wants to have a gun here in US.
Today my husband calls me and says he has bought a gun from his friend who just sold it for $100, brand new, still in the box, ammo and everything and apparently it's a really good erm..brand? I don't know anything about these things.
A few days ago he bought a new 12 foot ocean kayak (which has been taking up all the space in the living room, since he is too worried to keep it outside in case someone steals it). He says he wants to have a gun for all the alligators and sharks and for me to have protection against burglars (we live in the safest area around, so I don't think it's necessary).
I just thought it was funny, how I never ever thought about having a gun and then a couple days after thinking about it, we suddenly get one.

Re: Today I manifested...
I always just post mine in the 7-day manifestation experiment thread
Thanks for the new thread Lunar! And that story is amazing... I also don't understand the whole gun thing
Though if you're kayaking with alligators (and sharks) I guess you'd want protection! To think I felt like an Amazonian princess just punting down the Cherwell in Oxford

Ok, so after taking a closer look, it's this one
I've never been pro guns, but playing with this thing feels pretty 007
you may call me Bond girl Lunar now

Re: Today I manifested...
*jumps up and down in excitement* That's Emma Peel from The Avengers (1960s)!!! Diana Rigg was also Tracy diVicenzo in On His Majesty's Secret Service but that pic is an Avengers one, because that's The Avengers hair. (her hair was longer in Bond)
And I haven't actually seen any Bond beyond some movie clips on YouTube (sorry PR), but I can confidently say that
The Avengers > James Bond
Emma Peel and John Steed were the coolest kids in town
Steed with his umbrella that actually hid a - sword isn't the right word - the thing they use in fencing...the thing they...
Foil?
Emma Peel is totally my role model, she's got the best personality AND never lets herself be beaten
(and always wins out over Steed)
*end fangirl rant*

Oh and in case the point got lost somewhere in there...I'm definitely anti guns, but that is a VERY cute gun. I want one!

Re: Today I manifested...
And speaking of guns...This week, Metal Gear Solid 5 finally came out. I've been waiting two years for this game, but I decided to be patient because I wanted a really good story to wrap up the series.
I bought it on Amazon and it was scheduled to arrive the Tuesday coming up...which sucks 'cause I'll be too busy then. But instead, it arrived earlier at the perfect time. I thought to myself how great it would be to get it on Saturday since I'm free that day, and forgot about it. Actually, I watched the cut-scenes on Youtube at night 'cause I was too excited to wait, I had to know the story. Maybe this kept me in the vibration of getting it fast? (Special thanks to Kazoo for that Bashar video on following your highest excitement, maybe that did it.) Now that I've played it for several hours, it's amazing. It's everything I wanted in the game, except for one big thing.
After digging up some research, another manifestation related to the video game kind of failed and succeeded at the same time. I first started playing this series when I was very, very young and would spend hours of my free time imagining the sequels and backstories of the main characters in my head. Well, one of the scenes I created in my head was replicated with minor plot changes in the original game story for MGS5. Imagine that? 12 years later and my desire manifested. The final showdown, 90% of the way I imagined it. But...the writer of the video game had to omit this scene/level from the game because the publisher got cheap and wanted to send the game out early to improve sales. The only way for me to access that incomplete scene is to watch it on Youtube, which is a damn shame 'cause I really wanted it in the game. Still, the final scene was like a mountain of Reese's to me, even though it's not in the game. So how did I attract something that's both a failure and a success? Oh well, here's a cool song from the game:
Selina, you've never seen a James Bond 007 movie ever? Here's a special radio conversation from Metal Gear Solid 3 just for you:

Haha, that is so cool
I have seen some Bond movies, but I like the older ones better. I think Roger wants you to watch the ones he did. He thinks you will like it
I haven't seen any Star Wars movies. I started to watch one but it was so boring I fell asleep.

Re: Today I manifested...
I only shot a rifle once when I was a teenager. We were camping with my class and everyone had to shoot at some tin can, the 2 losers out of 20 of us would have to prepare the breakfast for everyone next morning.
Let's just say that I was frying some eggs the morning after

Re: Today I manifested...
Today I manifested a couple of cool things.
For one, I ran into a cousin I haven't seen in a long time that I've been thinking about a lot recently. Sadly I was all shocked to see her so I was totally awkward, we were both like, "uh, it's been nice seeing your updates on Facebook...Instagram..." Anyway it was nice to see her again.
The other thing that happened was me doing a random Google search and getting a "Phantasm" sign
It was a totally unrelated search, but one of the search results included in the description "Phantasm of acid trips"
loool

Today I manifested a nice big juicy post from Roosevelt on the Black Swan thread. It didn't even take me long.
I also manifested free chocolate, which is pretty awesome.

Re: Today I manifested...
Today I manifested Phanty bumping this thread lol. Seriously, I was writing an e-mail to my cousin, which I had been procrastinating for weeks and I wanted to tell her about the gun, but forgot what the model was. So I thought I'd open the forum to come and look for the thread where I talked about it and ta-dah, my sweetheart had already so thoughtfully bumped it to be the first topic

Re: Today I manifested...
This is a few days late but 2 weeks ago I had applied to join a society at University which is really competitive to get into, but I knew I was perfect for it because I had more experience than anyone who was applying so I knew I would get an interview and I knew I would be accepted because I was perfect for it, I just knew it. Well, it turns out I didn't even get an interview they sent an email rejecting me. I was so gutted because I was so sure I would get it, I believed 150% without a doubt.
I remember thinking "I have to do something to make this happen so I can get an interview, I just HAVE TO" but I couldn't do anything, the deadline passed and I had been rejected, it was totally outwith my hands. So I just kept thinking "It's fine, something will happen, something will come up" and I actually briefly visualised seeing an email from them, maybe once or twice. You can guess by now what happened I woke up the other day to an email from them inviting me for an interview, even though the deadline had passed and even though I have a very clear, lengthy email rejecting my entire application. Woop woop

Great
But what caused the rejection letter to pop up if you believed 150%?
