Loa help!!!   Empty Loa help!!!

Hi everyone,

My life is just a continuous struggle it seems. I would love to change it!
I sort of have a guy in my life but we aren't together as he has mental issues to sort out.
My car has a flat battery... I swapped my manual for this one a few weeks ago, I'm still trying for my license
I have a job but I am looking for a cafe job I am grateful for my job very much so

I don't have that many friends I went on a date with a guy who friendZoned me but restricted me seeing everything on his fb :/

Money could be better

Please help how can I change my life?

Hi Bookworm!

Since this is our lovely LoA forum, you will likely be offered advice not so much on action steps on how to change your life, but on mental steps on shifting your vibration- your state of being- so that the new way of life you prefer is what you are attracting.

A perfect place to start is to think about what you prefer... in all different areas. Play around with what excites you and if all things were equally possible for you this moment, what you would you choose? This can easily keep you busy for a while and every moment goes towards progress. This alone will test and stretch your mental limits. When you find bits of what you prefer, linger on them and let those things satisfy you by only the thought of it, and if it leads you to another idea, let it. This sounds like kindergarten stuff, but give it a name like cognitive priming, and all of a sudden we believe it's science Smiley

You can either do this now and do it consistently, or you can think "that's nice", and keep looking for a more real way. We've all been there and still go back to where you are. No matter what the case, the same process is effective for tangible results. Have fun!

I totally agree with Simplifier, but still I would like to add something that, at least in my experience helped the most..
By what you wrote, Bookworm, it seems to me that the point is that you're not in touch with your inner being, or your inner voice (or whatever you want to call it)...
I recommend you start going into silence or meditate regularly... That will help you get in sync with who you really are and what you want, and you will certainly be able to hear answers to your questions, and be inspired to act, once you silent your mind...

I can definitely relate, because I was the same way but I think the way "regular" (as in people who are not aware of LoA) people approach problems and obstacles can be a problem in itself. I used to do this too, focus on problems because I thought, how else was I going to find a solution!?

The answer really is not focusing on specific issues that you feel need a resolution but rather in shifting your complete mindset to shift your vibration as Armine says.

It can take some time and discipline to shift the focus from what's wrong to what is right, and to the things you prefer instead of what you don't like about your current circumstances.

Expect that you'll have to "move up the vibrational ladder" in steps. I think sometimes people mistakenly believe that that LoA is about being super positive all of the time and they pressure themselves to go from a place that may be low to being positive all the time right away and beat themselves up if they can't be all sunny and positive every moment of every day.

There are threads here with much more detail and specifics about applying LoA, so take a look around! Not sure where you are in your understanding, but we have topics here for beginners all the way up to advanced.

I think you'll find that once your mindset and thinking starts to change the specific actions you need to take to improve these specific obstacles become evident. Either that or things end up just resolving themselves! It really does work like that and it's a lot of fun to experience.

Here's what usually helps me: Imagine it's done. You have your desires accomplished. How would you feel? How would you think?

When you find yourself spiraling back down into negative thoughts, remind yourself of that question and it can help get into the right state of mind. It takes patience and perseverance, so don't sweat it if it's hard at first.

You seem to be having a lot of different things on your plate. Like the others I agree it all starts with the state of mind. Try to find a peace of mind, so meditating would be perfect for that. However, if you have a lot of things you are not happy about, I always think about what Laozi said, a journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step. Even though loa is based on your vibration it doesn't mean you can't make a game plan. It's good to make a plan. List the things you want and if they seem too big to change divide them into smaller steps. To build your confidence start with something small and work your way up. Build your faith that your life is all in your hands to change. You are the creator. Once you have succeeded in something smaller, you will get the confidence that is needed and your vibration automatically goes up. The reason why it is good to meditate is because you can quiet your mind and once the mind is quiet the next step will present itself. You will get the clarity and the good ideas that is needed to get ahead. Good luck. Smiley
