Your Brain On Law of Attraction Empty Your Brain On Law of Attraction

Lately, I've been focusing a lot more on something I really desire and I've been feeling a lot better about it lately, it feels like I've just touched the feeling of having it and being grateful for it. I know that these feelings alone are the right indicators...

Now here's the question: I feel like my brain is different after all of this focusing, it's not a headache but a tingling, like something in it is changing....or even moving. Anyone else experienced this? What are your thoughts? How does practicing Law of Attraction affect the science of our brains?

Yes! I've experienced sensations, but more around the actual point where the shift is occurring (in perception). It's like I lose focus for a sec, or more like it zooms in and out and blurs for a moment, and I actually feel new pathways being formed. I don't know if this is actually what is being felt (that sounds kinda silly), but there is a noticeable change in the feeling. Like if you're squeezing between two people and come out on the other side in a new place (that's just the new angle you're seeing things from... the paradigm has shifted). The mental efforting part is mostly done and you're in the new "place".

Is this at all like what you meant, pres? Or is that totally off lol. Btw, yay so happy to hear about your shifting into the natural feeling of having it and feeling grateful.

Thanks Simplifer, it sounds similar. I've been focusing on a career goal a lot more and just felt more energetic in my body (moving around faster). Today, I did scripting and I felt like my brain changed. The feeling definitely changed, like resistance has been cleared and now I feel much better about it, like I don't have to worry about it anymore but just have fun with it. Before, I felt like an observer creating the scene and finding ways to live it, but there was always a chasm between observing and just experiencing it. Today, the experience felt so real that the emotional shift is there - I haven't felt this way in forever. So in my brain, this is new neural pathways forming and that's the tingling in it?

Lol I know it sounds strange to feel neural pathways being created... not sure if it's thst, or the overall shift in brain chemistry we're experiencing.

Either way, you can celebrate because by your change in feeling, you've already clearly manifested your goal. Have fun watching the physical evidence show up!

Pres i do find when i've overcome a fear or worry thats holding me back with something, i might not get a sensation like you do, but i get this sharper clarity and focus, and its a bit like i cant believe i was ever worried about whatever it was, its like a total shift in perspective Smiley

Could the tingling be ASMR?

Yes, NE, I've noticed that too. Lately, I feel like there's been three phases. I started Phase 1 three weeks ago with facing my fears and finding the better-feeling thoughts that make me feel above fear (excitement, purpose, passion, power, confidence, fun, etc). I did this with lots of journaling and over time the resistance became more relaxed, it was easier to focus on what I really wanted.

Phase 2 was just pure focus with visualization, self-talk/affirmation, and scripting. I feel this sharp clarity and focus you mentioned here, like fear can't hold me back anymore. This is kind of why I think the neuropathways or my brain chemistry is changing, I feel the sensations in my brain, I'm not slipping back into the fear like I used to, and feeling good about this is so much easier.

At first, the scene felt distant and I did feel separate from my goal, but the more I focused on what I really wanted (the better-feeling thoughts), I honed into the feeling of having it which I feel is where I am now. I think I'm almost on the edge of Phase 3 which is just pure knowing, the feeling of having it is so strong and I've focused so well enough that now I feel I can relax and not think about it. Almost there.
