My update

I have fallen further down the ladder friends :'(

I have now lost my job and whatever confidence I had. I am to slow, can't multitask with the dishes, cleaning and pizza's all at once the boys can :'(

My cat died last week, my beloved girl :'(

I am trying to keep creditors at bay

My car finance are saying I don't have the right loan protection and aren't budging, the dealership haven't gotten back to me

I am struggling with self love even though I know how important it is, it still makes me wanna cry when I try to love myself

I have found a cafe assistant job to apply for but they don't open till March and even though I have been granted government assistance I'm worried I won't have enough

My housemates have lowered my rent because I've had to move into the smaller room because the parents are coming!!

The state of my mind is not a happy one

Sorry you are having a hard time.

The first thing I would ask you to do is re-write what you did above but re-frame your situation emphasizing the things you have to be grateful for.

I can see a few things to get you started:

It seems your old job wasn't a good fit for you. Now you are FREE to find a job that better aligns with who you are! And you already have a lead on a new job, so that's awesome!

You have been granted government assistance, fantastic! What a huge help that is!

Your housemates have been great in accommodating your circumstances! Yay! That's amazing that they have been willing to help you out like that!


Whenever I have lost a pet (which is soooo heartbreaking!) I try to remember to be grateful that my little sweetheart was part of my life, even if it wasn't long enough. Then I would channel my grief into something creative and I'd decorate a custom picture frame and put my favorite picture in it. I've also put together scrapbooks the same way. It makes me feel good to have something like that to hold on to the memories of my babies. Give that a try and see if it helps.

You know you have friends here to help you out, isn't that a wonderful feeling!? You'll get by with a little help from your friends! I PROMISE!

I am grateful for the fact I can get away from that place! So much bitching going on!! And negativity. Ugh! They are welcome to It!! - I know my head chef will miss me lol, I've been his reliable one for two years. I guess he was nice when he fired me.

A favourite member of mine on another forum told me to write a letter to God and asking him for help, so I'm going to try that again.

I really need to work on my self love. Friends even though I know I create my reality I'm finding it hard my mind just remembers being bullied, and recently my sister telling me my intellectual disability is obvious when you look at me!!!! She's just found out her daughter has autism and she said when she was doing the checklist it sounded like me when I was younger I asked her how and she said a "bitch"
Then I try and think about the guy I like - even though he says there are deal breakers about me and is closed off to me -- I still manifested a night with him where I saw he is still attracted to me :p

Any ideas??

Aww Bookworm, so sorry that you are going through a rough patch and what a horrible thing to hear from your sister. I am sure she only said it to hurt you at the time, especially if she used the b- word. 

Tell yourself that getting rid of that job and this negative energy out of your life was the best thing that could have happened. Tell yourself you can't wait to see what amazing opportunity the universe has prepared for you. 
Take as much action as you can. Print out a bunch of resumes and go door-to-door through all the businesses and ask if they are hiring. When I first moved to London it seemed impossible to get a job, we were going out with my friend spreading hundreds of resumes to every business possible, just to get something. For couple of weeks not one place called back, until one day I came across this small photo-studio and was hired on the spot. I found a different job in a better location couple months later for better pay but I really loved working there and learning everything about cameras and developing process while I was there. Don't look for jobs online, there's way too much competition. If you need help with resume, pm me and I will help you!

It's seeming impossible to get one in hospitality here at the moment

Then that's the first belief you need to change! If you believe it is impossible, then how can universe even present you with an opportunity of a job? 
It also seemed impossible for me to find a job in Italy and Spain when it was illegal for me to even stay in the country and I had zero experience and didn't even speak the language, yet anywhere I went I managed to find a job just by never thinking that it's impossible. Sometimes it helps me to think forward- you know that this situation is not going to last forever, you know that sooner or later you will find a job, sooner or later you will move out into your own place, sooner or later you will be in a loving relationship with somebody that adores you. 
I know it feels overwhelming at the moment and you can't sit there and logically figure every belief out and fix it from this point. So if you feel like writing a letter feels good- do it, you'll get it out of your system and verbalize your wishes. I suggest you do it in a more affirmative way, such as "I would love for you to send me my perfect job that brings me in more money that I could even expect" and so on. And then, release it, get out of the way, let it work for you. Go and spread resumes, without thinking what is possible at all. The less you think the better. Just go everywhere with a big smile and say you have tons of experience in customer service and just see what happens. Something good must be coming your way. 
Broaden your search, maybe geographically speaking- look in different parts of town, maybe different areas of work- grocery stores, catering, pizza delivery (immediate cash), cafes in hospitals or schools, ships that go to the nearby islands and so on. Once I sent out a bunch of emails for all sorts of catering companies even though I had no catering experience and nobody except one got back to me and I scored a really good temporary job for 2 months. 
Nothing to lose, everything to gain- you can do it

I hate this!

I am terrible at cover letters and trying to talk to managers!!
