Angel Numbers

This topic seems to come up a lot on PLOA... so I thought it would be nice to have a discussion about it here.

What are your thoughts on "angel numbers"? And numerology in general?

And angels?

I'm very skeptical about angels I admit, but Rupert Sheldrake, one of my favourite authors, has a whole book on them:

Admittedly, I don't know anything about 'angel numbers'.

However, as for the existence of Angels, they are real. My wife and I both have a relationship with Archangel Michael. I have called upon him for protection several times and he is extremely powerful. He is also an effective help with providing guidance and 'cutting cords' of attachment with others.

i cant say i've noticed Angel Numbers for a while now, i used to see them all the time and go to this site to work them out

I think I need the Archangel Michael! I'm very attached to a lot of things...
what is it like to experience that MTC? how do you know it's the angel?

on second thoughts, I think I'm a lot more skeptical of angel numbers than I am of angels.... still, I *constantly* see these numbers... and my favourite number keeps popping up too... sometimes I feel like I'm going crazy!

I've been seeing mostly 4:00, 4:11, 4:44, 3:00, 3:11, and 3:33 lately. I'm not sure if it means anything but when I ask for help from the angels, I tend to keep seeing numbers repeat themselves, especially 11s and 7s. Curiously, 7 in numerology is my life path number, if memory serves. I do believe that angels are real and they may communicate to us through numbers. But I don't think the meaning behind the numbers are universal, every individual will interpret something different from the same numbers. 11:11 to me means that angels have my back and are helping me get closer to a goal, but to others 11:11 means that their twin flame is near, so who knows? Still, the basic idea is like with Pythagoras, each number has a unique vibration.

I strongly believe that angels have other ways of communicating to us, like random acts of kindness, feeling the presence of love and friendship when you're alone, and serendipitous things just happening that reminds you of angels. One time, I was praying for St. Michael to just come and talk to me. When I was done praying, I found a small feather flowing down to me. Perhaps it was just a coincidence, but feathers like this aren't anywhere else in my home, they weren't in my bed or pillows (which had no cuts, otherwise the stuff would flow out). Over several days, these small feathers would pop up in different places. Of course, there may be a possibility that by focusing my mind on angels, I'm drawing into my life things that make me believe they are around me.

As I'm typing this, my mind wants to say that I struggle with communicating with angels, and my heart says "No, we're right here and we've been been communicating all along." Maybe there ware ways that we communicate to angels that are eccentric to everyday human life? I might think that they need to communicate by speaking, but deep down I feel that there's always an energetic connection that cannot be truly described in words. It just it. Sometimes, I think that angels, even the thought of desiring angels in our life, are part of ourselves trying to surrender our own fears.

I don't know anything about angel numbers either, but I have to admit I don't pay attention to it. I do believe we are protected by angels. Someone I know is psychic and told me he felt the presence of an Angel when he was around me. Ever since than I have been paying attention and I must admit sometimes there are things that make me feel someone is with me. I often have had an 'almost' accident. Miraculously things always worked out. That got me thinking about having an Angel around me, but I don't know if that is too much off topic :-)

(alright, I'm still skeptical that you can really read so much into a number, but never mind...)

I'm not sure, but for me the significance of angel numbers is more the fact that *we* are attuned to seeing them, that is there is something about us that "tunes in" to seeing repeated numbers (no matter what they mean), which shows us something about our own minds.



For example, sometimes I set the alarm to, say, 6:06am... and I will jolt awake *literally* ten seconds before it goes off. I don't think it's a coincidence. The subconscious mind is that powerful... that's what I think.
