Sh*t just got real

Post by The Simplifier on Tue Apr 19, 2016 1:11 pm

We're here as a community because each one of us knows we're on to something here. We know, either intuitively or also intellectually, that these "things" we play around with like a soccer ball, passing around to each other to get our little kicks and better understand the game of life.... are the basis of nature and the Truth behind all things everyone experiences. And that's kind of cool, and that's kind of exciting, and that's kind of frustrating because we do what we can to live by it.... and it sometimes can be scary beyond explanation.

I'm having one of those moments, and more so than in the past. I've been listening to Neville's lectures, and I noticed a word he used from the Bible (the original Greek), and I sat here on my little phone and looked it up as I've done similarly in the past and the accuracy of what he so casually mentions is astounding to me. We know the authentic nature of his teachings but to see how real it is and to find evidence of it throughout the internet - without any reference or credit to him - and to know that he taught this at a time when he himself clearly had no access to the internet... it is huge.

Do we all here really grasp the meaning of what it is to have access to this Truth we casually chat about? I feel this sense of freedom, but ironically it feels not quite free in a way because the world is so diverse right now and we can help so many people and I know that the majority of people who are looking for help cannot be helped by what we offer for reasons that we ourselves cannot change because we cannot force awakening. I don't mean awakening in a kundulini/spiritual/ohm sort of way. I mean it the way Neville meant it, which is to be aware of the practical way that imaginal acts become facts.

Do you realize Neville was a real living person? Do you realize he lectured because he wanted to say hey guys, cut the crap because all you have to do is this....?

I wrote a letter to his daughter who lives not far from here. Do you know how scary that is? His daughter read my letter! I sent it to her house. No reply yet, and there may or may not be, but that step I took, along with so much that is clear to me about his and similar works... it is what people strive to understand for lifetimes and we sit here and sometimes complain about "but it's so hard, I just can't let go (or have faith or believe it's possible)".

I didn't intend to present this in a panicked way, because it's quite the opposite. It is overwhelmingly wonderful. I feel blessed and so many things make sense. Do you guys ever feel this way? It's happened with me before, but this is stronger and clearer and I know now that not only do I not have to "get a regular job" in order to get real, but I know that it is far more in service to the universe that I continue and persist in sharing Truth.

Last night as I was falling asleep I thought about when we were living in a room that was basically a converted garage and when I would tuck my daughter in to bed, I asked her what her new room would look like when we move one day to a larger place and how it would feel. That's the room she was sleeping in last night, and I really can't accredit that to any specific plan or effort on my part except that we imagined it and it happened. I had no plan, no reason to think it would happen easily. I persisted in thought, even when I had to use every dime in her change bank in order to buy food when we were hungry at night. When I was tucking her in, I called for the imagining of the preferred state, and it worked. Of course it did. Also as I would walk up to the gate to the driveway at that place, I used I remember when. "I remember when we lived here. I remember when we actually lived in this little place with the weeds overgrown and rusted tools all around outside. I remember when she didn't have her own room. I remember when I didn't yet know how getting into a nicer place was going to happen."

You don't present it in a panicked way at all Armine. Your post actually feels harmonious and very connected. I don't know how to explain. It's the way I have been feeling for the past couple of days and here you are writing how I feel it. So I do know what you mean! It is so wonderful indeed to know that our thoughts become facts. It's comforting. For me it's comforting because I don't have a plan at the moment. I know I want something totally different in my life. I have no clue how to get there, yet I feel very confident I am on to something and on my way. Sometimes I get caught in the how, but I have let that go last week. The how is irrelevant. My plan is just to feel good and to focus on what I want every day. I know it will become real. It happened so many times before. It's fantastic feeling this way Smiley

LittlemissSunshine!

Thank you for your post Smiley I'm so happy you can relate. Isn't it nice to know that you've moved from always wondering how to sometimes if ever wondering how? And it's a different way... it's more of a I wonder how its going to happen! It's exciting and makes you smile.

How about this for you...
"I remember when I knew I wanted something new but wasn't sure how it would work out".
"I remember when my work had just started to feel satisfying and fun."
"I remember when things really started falling into place."

Do you realize Neville was a real living person? Do you realize he lectured because he wanted to say hey guys, cut the crap because all you have to do is this....?
Haha my mind automatically went to some local folks here going: "Do you realize that Jesus died for your sins?" Laughing and my second thought was "It's even creepier to think that Bashar may be an actual alien out there helping humankind for 30+ years"
Jokes apart, I agree- I have had many "OMG I can't believe we are the "chosen ones" that have the privilege to even be revealed to some of the most amazing knowledge one can ever have. Majority of people live and die and never get a chance to create a life of their dreams, so the bare fact that I am made aware of it must mean that it is for a reason- I must manifest the life of my dreams."

And then I get annoyed with myself. Annoyed that I don't harness more than a microscopic percentage of this power. In a sense its like my nice camera- I have it and could be taking the most amazing photos, yet I don't even bother to learn how to properly use it- it just gathers dust in the corer. idk

Same with the LOA- to think what I could do, be or have if I dedicated more time to deliberately shift my focus. Not even to have a comfier life or more stuff, but to do in the world.
Here I am spending my days attracting yellow butterflies (as if I still need some sort of proof even though I know I consciously attracted my house, my partner and life circumstances) and theorizing with someone how to get their ex back, it hopes of helping people- whereas if I was more dedicated to accomplishing more in my life, I could inspire more people in a lot more significant way.

The thing I love about listening to Neville and Bashar is (even the tone of their voice) how easy they make everything seem. It always takes me right back to realization that life is easy, life is meant to be fun and it is only me trying to make it complicated. What the heck am I fretting and stressing here about? It's easy Smile

Lunar, hahahaha on the Jesus thing. It hadn't even crossed my mind. Bashar.... yeah, Daryl Anka's holding a workshop series now as himself - not Bashar - and the thought of meeting him is also one of those where I think.... so, it's that easy? These people are real? We've probably been to some of the same stores, stopped at the same red lights. We see these people as out there, but they're among us and navigating their way, too.

It's funny you wrote chosen ones, because it does feel that way. So don't worry for another second about the camera collecting dust because you wouldn't be chosen if you were in fact not doing anything with what you know. Neville mentioned in another lecture that after we get that desire through imagining it first, we prove it... then sleep again. He meant sleep as in consciousness. We think wow that worked, but it doesnt mean it's automatically constantly used from then on bc of that. I think it's plenty to know that when we do decide to put it to use, we know we can. That alone takes the helplessness out of the picture in general. So you really know you can create beautiful photos, if you spend short minutes imagining what it would feel like if it were true. When you feel inspired to pick it up does not matter because it will be a good time either way.

I also really get what you mean by already having proven it in such great ways yet you still "think small" a lot of times. Me too, but I think that's part of it, because those great things are natural to us and the things we currently desire are things we see as not naturally a part of our experience yet... so attracting butterflies and helping someone on a forum is not time wasted, it's adding to the ocean, drop by drop.

At the old house, my boyfriend and I used to lie on the bed and listen to Neville in the afternoons and nap to his soothing voice. He is particular about who he listens to, but likes Neville's voice and humanness. He also likes how he had no problem calling people or organizations out on their unnecessary rituals and traditions that they try to sell to society... all in a likeable and authentic way.

Haha The Simplifier. I kinda get what you are saying.

The same thing happened to me recently was when I read "It is more important to think FROM what you want than to think ABOUT what you want".

Small sentence but intensely profound. Very Happy

I love this post Armine.  It's so amazing to see how far you've come and how you've used Neville's method to manifest these amazing things. I'm a big Neville fan and I always stick with him.  I remember you saying once on PLOA something along the lines of us not needing to look any further or discuss anything else in such length or detail, because it's all there in his lectures and simplified for us and so there really is no need to look beyond that.

That's so exciting you were able to write to his daughter!  Please let us know if she replies (if you want to of course) because that would be awesome if she did.

I agree with Lunar re: life being easy.  Since discovering LOA and thinking much deeper about things I've also come to the realisation that life is meant to be easy, it's not meant to be difficult.  I would always hear of people saying how hard life was and warning me that I was in for a shock when I grew up and went out into the "big bad world" yet for me it was nothing like that.  Don't get me wrong, I've certainly had my down moments like most people but the world out there has never been as scary or as hard for me as people told me it would be, infact it has been pretty awesome and amazing so far.

I only discovered LOA at the end of 2014 but by that time I had everything I truly wanted in my life (apart from one silly boy lol) or I was atleast in the process of getting everything I wanted, so things had just happened easily and effortlessly for me with no struggle despite people always telling me how hard and how much of a struggle it was going to be. Rubbish.  So I totally agree with Lunar, that is how life should be, no fretting and no stressing necessary. I love you

Posay, you really just learned about loa in 2014? I'm surprised, would have thought it's been longer now.

What you say about life being easy despite the warnings you got from others, is pretty interesting. Here's why: folks who know about loa can sometimes blame a parent or other influence while growing up, angry that they raised thme to fear or taught them that success is unlikely. But your point is flawless- that nobody, without our permission, can be responsible for our outlook. You heard those things from others and probably didn't buy into it, and probably also didn't resist it. That's a good formula.

I love hakuna matata. Thanks for your post Smiley
