Ok so i read this article, and i have to say it really got me thinking, a lot of us on here want to get healthy or lose weight or just improve our general well being, yet we dont want to let go of our vices, we want to keep eating junk, or sitting infront of the tv.

So this Lady Lissa Rankin, has done some research to show there are other things that keep us healthy and allow us to live long illness free lives.. i think its another indicator of just how Mind Power works.

Thanks for this nighty, very interesting article and I agree her book could be an eye opener. I would actually be very interested in reading it because I've always been very open to stuff like that and with stories we've heard from the likes of Anjita Moorjani(?) and from the hospitals they have in China (I think) where they heal patients with thoughts alone, it's not an entirely novel suggestion.

I guess though that it's knowledge that big pharmaceutical companies don't want any of us to have...lol.

Yeah i does go to show that its down to our mental energy and state, how our bodies and our health will be

also from a social and psychological viewpoint, we are social creatures, we need that closeness and that interaction .. that feeling we belong... if we feel outcast of course it will affect us not only emotionally but physically.

I know there's a lot being said about health and poverty right now, i think all that undue stress .. well no matter what walk of life your in.. it presents itself physically.
